Bank of America v. KPMG Peat Marwick

We brought an action against KPMG Peat Marwick on behalf of Bank of America alleging damages arising from a fraudulently prepared financial statement on which the bank relied. A jury returned a verdict awarding the bank virtually all of its damages and also awarded punitive damages in favor of the bank.
