Palmieri v. Bank of America

Represented Bank of America against a lawsuit brought by a local attorney alleging negligence in connection with the closing of her deposit account, wrongful dishonor and negligence in processing a credit card payment. We obtained a jury verdict in the Bank’s favor which was upheld on appeal.
